Wheaton has and continues to be a truly special place for me. I first heard of Wheaton from teachers I had in high school. I chose I go to Wheaton because I wanted to make a difference. I wanted a mixture of a faith-based education. I applied to 3 schools and by the time Wheaton accepted me, it didn’t become immediately clear that I should attend, but my decision to attend is something that I am incredibly thankful for. My time at Wheaton, the friends I’ve made, and the education I’ve received changed how I saw the world. From changing majors, to walking alongside friends who lost loved ones and presenting at academic conferences with professors, Wheaton has been for me, simply awesome. The best part is, it doesn’t end when you graduate. Life becomes a refreshing adventure knowing that each vocation or relationship is laced with meaning, for Christ and his Kingdom.
